A gem in the crowded Doha skyline: The Al Bidda Tower is the first of many such landmark buildings being constructed on Doha’s waterfront esplanade. The 43-floor Tower height is 705ft. The six-storey car park would accommodate up to 2,000 vehicles.
Al Bidda is much like a sculpture with its glass façade. It will shine in the Gulf sunlight, presenting a different appearance from each angle of observation.
The building consists of 48 Air Handling Units, 109 FCU, 552 VAV, 155 Ex.Fan/Smoke Fan, Chilled Water System and more. TAC – IA Series BMS work station controlled all individual equipments.
